Haste, Vigilance, Flash
{t}: Take control of target creature, that creature becomes Mercer,
with all of their abilities in addition to Mercers. Mercer adds his
power and toughness in +X/+X counters equal to his power and
toughness.
Mercer ignores Shroud, Shadow, and all protections. If Mercer
dies while attached to another creature, the creature he is
attached to dies and Mercer remains on the battlefield.
