Peasants are at the bottom of the bokufu
government. y'all might think peasants are
the same but no, peasants are not the same.
for example there are merchants, merchants
are at the bottom. The emperor argues that
merchants job isn't very important because
they just live off off other peoples work
(they just buy somethings from other people
and see it again to make money)
