Merciful Faerie

At the beginning of your upkeep, Merciful Faerie meanders. Then If it has five or more +1/+1 counters on it, move all +1/+1 counters from it onto another target 1/1 creature. For each +1/+1 counter you move from Merciful Faerie this way, you gain 1 life.(To have this creature meander, move any number of +1/+1 counters from target creature you control onto Merciful Faerie.)
