For each creature you control, return target
creature an opponent controls to its owner's
hand.
Grace — Then, if no creatures have died this
turn, Merciful Hurricane deals damage to each
player equal to the number of creatures it
returned to that player's hand.
Only the Eagliss could manage to turn a tornado into
a tool of pacifism.
