Merielle's Plague Curse

As this enchantment enters the battlefield,
sacrifice it and create a number of Enchantment
Aura Curse tokens equal to the number of
opponents you have. Each token gains: "When
an effect controlled by you makes enchanted
player loose life, they loose double that amount
instead. If an effect controlled by you would make
enchanted player sacrifice one or more
permanents, they sacrifice double that amount
instead."
