Merlin, Father of the Arcane

Eminence-If an instant or sorcery you cast would
be put into your graveyard and if Merlin, Father
of the Arcane is in the command zone or on the battlefield, you may instead exile that spell with
an arcane counter on it.
You may cast spells that are in exile with arcane counters on them. If you cast a spell this way, put another arcane counter on it. Spells exiled with
arcane counters on them cost {2} more to cast.
