During your upkeep, you may tap an untapped
Island or blue creature you control to put a Drift counter on Message in a Bottle.
Remove 3 Drift counters from Message in a
Bottle and sacrifice it: Target player puts the top
3 cards of their library into their graveyard. You
may search your library for a basic Island, put it
into play tapped, and shuffle your library.
