player, planeswalker, or battle, exile the top card
of your library face down. As long as you control
Meta Knight you may play that card from exile
by paying 1 life in addition to its mana cost.
{b}{b}: Target creature get -1/-1 until end of turn.
If that creature would die this turn, exile it
instead.
