Meta Shift

Each player must build a new Magic deck of the
format being currently played, Exile all cards
from their library, graveyard, hand, the battlefield, command zone and sideboard
then replce their current library
with their new deck then draw seven cards.
If a player doesn't have enough cards to build an entirely new deck, they lose the game
