The Metagame. At the cost of a level, you can arbitrarily change the value of any die you roll. Vaguely-Defined Superpowers. Up to 3 times per combat, you can discard a card from your hand and roll a die to gain a bonus equal to the die’s value minus 2. That’s right--the result could be negative.
