Metaphysical Ripple

When a nonland permanent enters the battlefield
under you control, if you cast it from your hand,
you may reveal another permanent card with
mana value equal to, or 1 greater than that
permanent from your hand. If you do, put the
permanent revealed from your hand onto the
battlefield.
