Methuselah, Ancient Patriarch

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay {2}{g}{w}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Methuselah and gain 1 life for each counter on
him.
When Methuselah dies, you may exile him. If you
do, return all creatures from your graveyard to
the battlefield.
