Whenever Metshik, Plundering the Mind enters
the battlefield or attacks, each opponent discards
a card.
You can cast instant or sorcery cards that put
from anywhere to the graveyard this turn and
you can pay mana for its cast as if it were mana
of any color. If those cards would be put into graveyard, exile them instead.
