Mev Salic, the Gambler

Whenever you activate an ability of Mev Salic,
the Gambler, flip a coin until you get tails.
{1}{w}{u}, {t}: Draw a card and gain 1 life for each
heads.
{1}{u}{b}, {t}: Return target creature to it's owner's
hand for each heads.
{1}{u}{r}, {t}: Copy target instant or sorcery you
control for each heads, you may choose new
targets for the copies.
