Mexican Standoff

Each player draws cards equal to the number of
cards in their library.
Until the end of turn players may cast spells from anywhere without paying their mana costs. If a spell
is put into a graveyard, exile it instead.
At the beginning of the next end step each player shuffles their hand into their libraries and draws
seven cards.
