When Micolash, Nightmare's giver enters the battlefield, place a Giver counter on to him.
At the beginning of your end step, exile target sorcery or instant fron your graveyard, copy it and give the copy to target opponent. They may cast it and they can spend mana of any color to cast it. Repeat for every Giver counter and you may choose new targets.
