Micro Anti-Vehicle Laser(MAVL)

MAVL is tuned to penetrate most forms of
vehicle armor and other solid obstructions and
does twice the damage against inorganic
targets. The MAVL can be used as a cutter
to carve a human-sized hole in up to a meter
of conventional building material, though
it drains a Type A power cell.
