Midnight Chill

When Midnight Chill enters the battlefield,
put a -1/-1 counter on each creature.
At the beginning of each end step, if two or
more creatures died this turn, put a -1/-1
counter on each creature.
{2}{b}{b}: Put two -1/-1 counters on target
creature with a -1/-1 counter on it.
