Midnight Clearing

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, if it has the greatest power among
all creatures you control, draw a card and put an
hour counter on Midnight Clearing.
As long as Midnight clearing has three or more
hour counters you may cast creature spells from
your hand as though they had flash.
