Midnight Dagger

The blade of a midnight dagger is permanently enchanted with the darkness spell. While
sheathed, the spell is kept contained.
If any of this dagger's area of effect overlaps with
an area of light created by a spell of 3rd level or higher, the dagger loses its darkness effect until
the following midnight.
