Midnight Monger can't be countered as long as
you control 5 or more creatures on the
battlefield.
In order for a player to cast a spell on any of
your creatures that player must pay double
the spells cost
When Midnight Monger enters the battlefield
search your library or graveyard for any number
of land cards and put them on to the battlefield
tapped.
