You may cast cards without Madness as though they
had Madness. Their Madness cost is equal to their
mana cost reduced by {2}. If you cast a spell from
exile, treat it as though it was exiled using Madness.

If you cast a spell using Madness, you may pay
{p/b}{p/r}. If you do, Midra, Lord of Frenzy deals 1
damage to target creature and that creature gains
Intimidate and Frenzy 3 until end of turn.
