+1: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. They gain menace until end of turn.
-4: Return to the battlefield each creature card from your graveyard that was put there from anywhere this turn. Then put a +1/+1 counter on it.
-8: Destroy each creature with no +1/+1 counters on it.
