Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, exile
it with a slime counter.

Creatures in exile with slime counters on them have mutate. The mutate cost is equal to their mana cost.

You may cast spells in exile with slime counters.

Mikami gets +1/+1 for each creature in exile with a
slime counter.
