Mila of the dubious winds

Whenever a spell or permanent an opponent
controls is returned to its owner's hand or
deck for the first time each turn, you may pay
it’s non-generic as if it were blue mana, and
if you do, put a copy of that spell or permanent
into play, and it’s an illusion in addition to it’s
other types. If it’s a creature, it’s a 1/1.
