Military Airport

Military Airport may tap twice only to:
{t}: Place target aircraft from in play underneath
Military Airport.
{t}: Bring an aircraft from under Military
Airport back into play as if it were just cast.
If Military Airport is removed from play, all
aircraft under it are destroyed.
