Whenever you create a Pilot or Soldier token, you
may pay {1}. If you do, create a copy of that token.
Military Training Instructors (the Air Force
equivalent of a drill instructor) were non-
commissioned officers who oversaw basic training.
Though strict, they taught useful skills and reduced the number of pilots that washed out.
