Miller Thriller

At the end of each player's turn, the maximum
hand size for that player is reduced by 1, and
they mill cards equal to 7 minus their current
maximum hand size. When Miller Thriller dies,
the maximum hand size for each player becomes
8, and each player mills 3 cards.
"I'm the miller, the thriller, the filler, of your
graveyard!"
