Minas Morgul's Force

At the beginning of each player's first
main phase, if there is a total number of
four or more instant and sorcery cards in
that player's graveyard, exile Minas
Morgul's Force. If you do, that player
may cast up to one target instant card and/
or up to one target sorcery card from that
graveyard without paying their mana costs.
