Mind Cuttering

Destroy target creature.
Exile the top X cards of the destroyed creature's controller's library, where X is the converted
mana cost of destroyed creature. You may cast
cards exiled this way until the end of your next
turn and you may spend mana as though it were
mana of any type to cast them.
Cutting minds is not so different from cutting butter;
Both are often soft.
