Mind Extractor

When Mind Extractor enters the battlefield, search target opponent's library
for card and exile it face down. That player shuffles their library. Then put the exiled
card on the top of that player's library.
{2}{b}{b}: Target player puts the top three
cards of their library into their graveyard.
