Mind Melting

On each turn while Mind Melting is in play, roll
a 6 sided dice.
If the die lands on a even number, target opponent discards their hand and draws that many cards minus one.
If the die lands on a odd number, tap up to two creatures that an opponent controls. They do not untap during their controllers next upkeep.
