Mind Mushifier

Whenever an opponent would draw a card, they may let you exile that card instead.
If they do, you may only cast that card if
they let you, otherwise shuffle it into the
mush pile. If any player would draw a card
with no cards in hand, they can choose to
draw from their library or the mush pile.
