Mind of the Inanimate

Whenever a graveyard is searched or referenced to, you may return target creature
with converted mana cost 3 or less from a graveyard to the battlefield, otherwise return
it to your hand. (Whenever a player cast
a card that has graveyard in it's rules text it counts as a reference.)
