Choose a permanent you control with a X among its costs. Remove all effects of X from that card, then put X counters on it, where the counters are the kind previously on it. Then search your library and/or graveyard for a card named Xavier, Master Of X's, reveal it, and put into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
