Mind Snatcher

At the beginning of each upkeep, each player exiles the top card of their library with Mind Snatcher.
You may cast cards exiled with Mind Snatcher.
Whenever you cast a creature spell exiled with Mind Snatcher, put it on top of it's owners library. Then, Mind Snatcher becomes a copy of that creature, except it gains these abilities.
