{w/u}{w/u}{w/u}{t}: Look at the top card of your oppenents deck. If it is an instant or sorcery you may play it paying blue/white instead of it's normal colors.
When a player plays an instant or sorcery spell at any time you may pay {u}{w}{x}(x is equal to rhe spells cost), if you do copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
