Mind Theft

Exile target player's hand face-down. For as long
as they remain exiled, you may look at those
cards, and you may play those cards. You may
spend mana as though it were mana of any colour
to cast them. At the beginning of your next end
step, return any of those cards that remain exiled
to their owner's hand.
