As an action, once per long rest, you may cast
Detect Thoughts while wearing this item.
You may choose to be immune to any telepathy
or magic that detects your thoughts or alignment.
If you die, your soul may enter the amulet and
telepathically communicate with the new bearer.
Intended to shield the mind from intrusion, the side-
effects of its botched enchantment have proven useful.
