Mind Wipe

Target opponent discards all their cards.
Then flip all of their nonland permanents
over and switch up the order of all of them.
The target opponent points at all of the cards
and tries to guess which card is which. If they
are right, flip the card over again. If they are
wrong, they sacrifice that permanent.
