Mindbreak Sliver

When an opponent casts a spell, they reveal the top X cards of their library, where X is the number of Slivers you control plus that spell's converted mana cost. Exile all revealed cards with the same name as that spell, plus one additional card of your choice, then put the rest on top of their library in a random order.
