Mindclaw Shaman

When Mindclaw Shaman enters the battlefield,
target opponent reveals their hand. You may cast
an instant or sorcery spell from among those
cards without paying its mana cost.
Hunched and cloaked in tattered, ethereal robes, the
Mindclaw Shaman is a sinister figure with elongated,
shadowy claws that seem to extend from the depths of
its cloak to ensnare the spirits of its victims, trapping
them in an otherworldly web.
