Mind's Canvas

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, each other player may copy that spell. Each player that does may choose new targets for his or her copy.
{3}{u}{u}{u}: Each player searches his or her library for an instant or sorcery card and casts it without paying its mana cost. Then each player shuffles his or her library.
