Mindwhorl Weave

Whenever a player casts a spell, that player mills X cards, where X is the number of spells cast this turn. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)
It's difficult to deliver a rebuttal when you can't focus long enough to get your point across.
