Ming Chi, Knowledge of You can't be cast
unless you've cast an instant or sorcery spell this
turn.
When Ming Chi, Knowledge of You enters the
battlefield, return the last instant or sorcery spell
you've cast to your hand and cast it without
paying it's converted mana cost. You may copy
that spell for each Wizard you have in play, and
choose new targets for any target those spells
target.
