When Minister of Fates enters the battlefield, target opponent reveals the top three cards of their library, then chooses a creature
card from among them and puts it into their
hand. If they do, create a token that's a copy of that creature except it has haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step. If they don't, you may draw two cards and lose two life.
