Minor Message Bracelet

This bracelet come in pairs, with each chain has a
plate. You can use an action to send up to three
words from it. The receiver is the bearer of the
other bracelet. If no creature bears the other bracelet, you know that fact as soon as you use
the bracelet and don't send the message.
Once the message is sent through the bracelet,
they can't be used again until the next dawn. If
one of the bracelets are destroyed, the other one becomes nonmagical.
