Miquella the kind

When another creature you control enters the battlefield you may put a +1/+1 counter on it. If you do, put a -1/-1 counter on Miquella the kind.

When Miquella dies, target creature gains an indestructible counter, doubles the number of +1/+1 counters on it, and becomes a god in addition to its other types.
