Miracle Mallet

Miracle Mallet enters the battlefield tapped unless
you don't control a creature. If you begin the game
with Miracle Mallet in your hand, begin with it
on the battlefield instead. If Miracle Mallet is
tapped, it cannot gain Wish Counters.
For every creature that dies during your turn, put
a Wish Counter on Miracle Mallet. If Miracle
Mallet has 40 Wish Counters, you win the game.
