When equiped adds +3 to AC. In combat as
an action, you may focus the shield at a single
creature. That creature has disadvantage on
attack rolls and saving throws until
your next turn.
An extrememly polished an well made shield. Seems to reflect, and focus light into a silver beam that can be aimed quite easily.
